If you are an immigrant outside Canada or even in Canada, looking to boost your chances of getting permanent residence (PR) in Canada, attending these events could prove beneficial as you could get a job opportunity or be presented with a pathway to apply for PR. These events have different requirements and registration is required in order to partake.
Destination Canada Mobility Forum
The Destination Canada Mobility Forum is an annual event organized by the Government of Canada. It allows skilled French-speaking and bilingual candidates to learn about Canada’s diverse immigration programs and helps them expand their network, including representatives from provinces and territories, cities, and regions. Francophone organizations devoted to building Canada’s Francophone communities will also partake in this event. The forum also helps candidates connect with Canadian employers looking to fill positions outside Quebec. Participation is free, but spaces are limited. It is important to register early.

Prince Edward Island (PEI) International Recruitment Events
PEI is one of Canada’s four Atlantic Provinces and is located on the east coast. PEI has much to offer with regard to lifestyle and work-life balance. The PEI Office of Immigration is responsible for provincial immigration pathways to the province of PEI, including supporting immigrants who choose to live and work in Prince Edward Island. As an Atlantic Province, Newfoundland and Labrador is situated on Canada's east coast.
The province is hosting an immigration fair later this month, with a focus on Africa. It states that the event will allow attendees to:
receive direct access to employers hiring in their field, including network with employers;
upload their resume which employers can review;
attend a live Immigration Program information session and ask questions directly to Immigration Officers;
learn about the steps to immigrate to Newfoundland and Labrador; and
learn about what it is like to live in Newfoundland and Labrador in terms of cost of living, lifestyle, jobs, salaries, population size, etc.

New Brunswick Recruitment for Various Sectors
Located on Canada’s east coast, New Brunswick offers a distinct way of life and exciting career opportunities.
