Initial Consultation Agreement 

Booking a consultation constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions which also services as an initial consultation retainer with the RCIC & Client.

The is an Initial Consultation Agreement is made this day between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

Florence Akpan (the “RCIC”), Membership Number R519833


Adesuwa Obazee (the "RCIC") Membership Number R706070


Esther Sitailo (the "RCIC") Membership Number R706697

and yourself (the “Client”), for the purpose of an initial consultation relating to Canadian Immigration.

The Client is obliged to pay the booking fee as noted on the booking page.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Saskatchewan and the
federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Please be advised that our RCICs are members in good standing of the Immigration
Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of
Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

Limits of engagement
The services to be provided under this Agreement are limited to a single consultation on the matter
described above for up to the allotted time. Unused shall not be credited to the client

The RCIC shall not provide further information or advice to the Client upon completion of the consultation. Should the client require further advice or representation from the RCIC following the initial consultation, the Client must book another consultation or sign a retainer agreement with the RCIC based on service needs.

This agreement does not obligate the RCIC to act for the Client in any application or proceedings unless there is a separate agreement.


Advice current on the date of consultation:
The advice provided by the RCIC to Client is based on the Canadian immigration law and policy current
on the date of the consultation where relevant. The RCIC is not responsible or accountable for any change
in government legislation or policy that may impact the processing of any subsequent application by

Rescheduling Consultations

This must be completed 24hours before the booked consultation time.

Missed Consultation

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will not be refunded nor rescheduled. The appointment will be canceled if the Customer is more than 15 minutes late.

Refund policy

Only consultations canceled 48hours before the scheduled call will be refunded less than 10% administrative charge.

Fees that have been earned under this agreement are non-refundable.
