When Adaobi's first Study Permit application was refused, she decided to go through the Judicial Review process but after the settlement, she was called in for an interview. In the interview, the Visa Officer questioned her Purpose of Visit as well as specific details she included in her study plan such as why she decided to study in Canada as well as her ties to her home country.
Ada told us she was not well prepared for the interview at the time and was really surprised by how intense and detailed the interview was. Unfortunately, Ada was unable to convince the visa officer and her application was refused again.

GCMS notes are detailed immigration officers' notes on an application and provide more information why an officer refused an application.
